World Overview

The setting consists of multiple parallel universes or dimensions, interconnected through portals.
Each dimension has its own unique characteristics, landscapes, and inhabitants, they can be anything. They are numbered with letters and numbers (LNNNN...). The real world is unavailable to every other universe (so they don't know they're not real) and every universe that's "further" from the real world gets a bigger number and letter (A1 would basically be like the real world, C4096 is a very futuristic place with extraordinary people and D something requires more creativity than i have ksefhks).
This is why theoretically any of my characters could meet any of my other characters (canonically my stories don't mix a lot).
The existence of these dimensions is known only to a select few tho (the people who manage to learn about it themselves or are told by the watchers.
The watchers
these are the people who are in possesion of a watch (which like isnt really a watch anymore ive changed the design to more of a pip-boy lool). They divide into a few categories
Students
People who just managed to find out about interdimensional travel. Could be accidentally or they're recruited by someone.
Helpers
Pople who finished learning about the multiverse and own a watch now. They can only use it for very minor things. They work by helping agents or people who are authorised. (The system detects when someone authorised asks for help and sends a helper to check out what they have trouble with)
Agents
Helpers who got promoted. They can do much more now (they're both more skilled and have more premissions). There's an even bigger hierarchy here but i never figured it out completely lol. There's definetly one dude in charge and a council or sth. a judge maybe
Key Locations
The School:
A secretive institution dedicated to teaching students about the use of interdimensional portals and harnessing various supernatural abilities.
The school is aiming to recruit and train individuals with unique potential.
The Interdimensional Government:
oversees the regulation and control of interdimensional travel (for safety theoretically but they kinda shady most of the time)

C380 - where they hang out a lot jfdbgk superheroes and stuff

Technology
Teleportation Devices:

Devices that enable interdimensional travel.
Bass possesses a hacked teleportation device, allowing her to make chaotic jumps between universes, evading the government’s control.
